yea nobody flamed her or bombarded her from what i remember. in fact, it was quite the opposite; we welcomed her and appreciated her for the "insider" info she gave us. like lefty said, i think she just wanted to do her thing and leave, but i never figured out her motive.

i just want to know whether it was her or someone else that requested her posts be deleted or it was the action of the mods. i'm just curious that there was never an explanation for the deletions.

Well, she was bombarded with questions as to her identity. I'll ask around, as it were, but I suspect it was she that did the removing.

I went back and browsed through this thread and found references to the mods having established her IP from France. There was also a mention that she had quickly deleted some of her posts right away, but people had already saved the pics she had posted. It's interesting to revisit this info. Some of her posts were quoted and are still there in other posts.

Counting translations that are accurate, only one title she gave us doesn't show up on the Amazon list, namely, L'amour Insulaire (Island Love). The two titles that show up she didn't call are Décollage (Take-off) and Par les Paupières (By the Eyelids - I'll check my dictionary after work to be sure on this).

I'd say she was pretty darn solid.

Yes, une Paupière is indeed an eyelid. I would guess that it is the French equivalent of "by the skin of your teeth."

This Amina posted the link to the png file of the album cover. She edited the post to remove the picture and write It's a fake! in its place.
