In terms of performance, they're basically the same. But it was looks that sold me. Solstice, while a beautiful car, didn't call my name. The Sky was love at first sight. The lines are very similar to the Vette (which I am also extremely fond of), and I found the cockpit to actually fit me better than the Vette. And the rarity is a nice bonus. So compared to the Solstice, it was looks and rarity. Compared to the Vette it was price and fit.

$32K. I bought the Turbocharged Redline, with leather, upgraded audio (only the best for Lili!), and auto transmission. If you like manual and no upgrades, you can get a base Redline for just under $30K.

If you just want the looks without the turbo performance and enhanced suspension, you can get the basic Sky for about $25K.

You bought a turbocharged Sky and its an Automatic? WTF? I bought one too... Silver... with a stick. Any comvertable top issues? Mine has some rub marks from where the trunk comes down and hits it. Guess thats what I get for buying one when they first came out! I bet the next years version will fix all the little issues.
