There's a special on the Discovery Channel that I saw recently that was about exactly that. It was called "Crashes that changed flying" or something like that. It was very interesting if you could find the time and means to check it out.

ok Ill see if i can dig it up and watch it. History channel and me are like brothers lol. i know that sound weird but oh well lol . One of my favorite channels on tv is the History channel. Alot of interesting facts, and you learn a lot from it to.
